General Policy
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 4 days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice.
Please note when making a reservation children between the age of 14 are welcome any persons over this age will be classed as an adult and the rate adjusted accordingly.
Booking Cancellation Policy
Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 days prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within the7 days before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.
